Poppin' Coordination.

Be Organised

In life, there're a lot of key skills and attributes that'll help you get where you want to be and achieve the goals that you wish to achieve. One is them is your organisation skills...

Be Organised.

Being organised helps you to always know what you're doing and stay coordinated. The more coordinated everything is and the more inline everything is, the easier it is for you to stay on track and reach your goals.

Coordintion also improves efficiency because you plan ahead instead of just doing whatever whenever. Working efficiently also helps save time; this time can then be invested elsewhere to help you whether it be rest or something else.

Being organised and coordinated also helps you to filter out what you do and don't need as you'll clearly be able to tell what you need to put more time and effort into and what you don't need to spend time and effort on, or essentially what you need to leave out.

A good way to become more organised and coordinated is by specifically planning out each day and

Have a blessed week!

Task for the week: Work on being more organised and being coordinated. If you believe you already are, then work on maintaining it.

Poppin' Focus.

Tunnel Vision

Professional running athletes are always told to maintain one thing when running on the track...

Tunnel Vision.

Wonder why? Because it makes them focus on the finish line. Tunnel Vision is when you block out all irrelevant hindrances and focus on your goal. It's a tactic that athletes use to win races, the stronger their tunnel vision is, the better chance they have of winning the race.

Although tunnel vision is used by athletes, you can use it in life to achieve whatever you want. It's a way of you being able to focus on what actually matters and it helps you to block out the things that won't help you and you don't need; and the more focused you are, the more likely you are to achieve your goals in life. It also ensures that you're always working on and towards something.

Have a blessed week!

Task of the week: Work on having tunnel vision.

Rise and Get Poppin'.

Shake It Off

One day a farmer's donkey fell down into a well. The animal cried piteously for hours as the farmer tried to figure out what to do.
Finally, he decided the animal was old, and the well needed to be covered up anyway; it just wasn't worth it to retrieve the donkey.
He invited all his neighbours to come over and help him. They all grabbed a shovel and began to shovel dirt into the well. At first, the donkey realised what was happening and cried horribly. Then, to everyone's amazement, he quieted down.
A few shovel loads later, the farmer finally looked down the well. He was astonished at what he saw. With each shovel of dirt that hit his back, the donkey was doing something amazing. He would shake it off and take a step up.
As the farmer's neighbours continued to shovel dirt on top of the animal, he would shake it off and take a step up.
Pretty soon, everyone was amazed as the donkey stepped up over the edge of the well and happily trotted off!
Have a blessed week!

Yours Is Poppin'!

Love Yours!

Image result for love yours

One thing that people need to work on, is being content with what they have. It's good to dream big and aim for better things but you must first appreciate what you have and this can't be done unless you truly...

Love Yours!

A lot of people look at what others have, compare it to themselves and end up becoming upset or end up feeling as though they're behind, but this isn't right. You shouldn't even be watching others in the first place unless it's for motivational purposes only!

Appreciation is the difference between staying static and moving forward. Someone that appreciates will always end up growing in every aspect of life. Someone who doesn't appreciate will always be in the same place in life and will eventually start regressing.

Like I mentioned before, the first step to getting better things is by appreciating what you have and your current situation, although it may not be ideal, you can't progress until you love yours; and remember, don't hate, just appreciate!

Have a blessed week!

Task for the week: Love yours and dream big!

Poppin' Direction.

Align Your Internal Compass

Image result for align your internal compass

A lot of people struggle to find direction in life or find it hard to stay on their path, and this can be for many reasons but there's one thing that you need to do that'll help you with your direction and staying on the right path.

Align Your Internal Compass.

You're probably thinking, 'what's an internal compass?' Well, a compass's job is to help you make sure that you're going in the correct direction when trying to get somewhere right? Well, that's exactly what an internal compass is. It's in your mind and helps you through life by telling you if you're going the right way or not; you can feel it, if you don't feel like you're on the right path or going in the right direction, it's because your internal compass is telling you this.

There are many ways to align your internal compass but you have to also maintain it and there are many ways to do this too but you have to find what best suits you and is most effective for you, as long as it helps you stay in the game, stay on your path and build momentum along the way. It's also to do with your vision, your internal compass should be aligned to your vision; that's how you know and make sure that you're on the right path to achieving your vision.

Have a blessed week!

Task for the week: Work on aligning your internal compass and once you believe it's aligned with your vision, maintain its alignment.

Poppin' Vision.

Guard Your Vision

Image result for protect your dream

Everyone has a vision but not a lot of people manage to actually achieve their vision to its full potential and turn it into greatness and that's because they eventually lose it; this isn't right. You must...

Guard Your Vision.

Your vision is yours to protect, the less you protect it, the more likely it is for it to fade away and become just another unfulfilled goal, but a vision is more than a goal. By guarding your vision, I mean don't just have it in your head and talk about it. You must not only do those two things but you must also put it to work and do stuff that goes towards it every day; even if it's just watching a 10-minute video that will expand your knowledge about it and once you've watched the video, put what you learnt into practice.

Although I did say that you should talk about your vision, be very careful of who you tell it to. Not everyone has a good heart! People will more than happily take your idea and pass it off as their own. As sad as it is, that's the world we live in. Not everyone wants you to succeed and some people do want to see you do well but just not better than them. There are only a handful of people around you who are really for you.

Remember, the better you guard your vision, the more likely it is to
become a reality.

Have a blessed week!

Task for the week: Start guarding your vision and try your hardest to never let your guard down.

Poppin' 2017!

New Year, New Opportunities!

It's finally 2017, the year that everyone's been waiting for. The year that everyone has decided is going to be the year in which they make it happen and the year that will erase all of 2016's losses and negatives.

The best way to capitalise on the year is through opportunities. Throughout the year you're given tonnes of opportunities but you either don't realise them or just don't take them and the more opportunities you let slide, the less likely you are to be happy with your year.

If you think that opportunities never come knocking for you, then build a door. Attract the opportunities by working hard and grafting so that you deserve it because what's yours will always find you as long as you put in the work. More importantly, when you do get the opportunities, take full advantage and capitalise.

Remember, one year isn't just 365 days but 365 opportunities!

Have a blessed week!

Task for the week: Start your year off the way you mean to end it via taking all the opportunities you get this week.
