Stay Connected And Expand Your Network!
In today's world its all about your connections and who you know. So why would you reduce the amount of people you know just because that's what's deemed as the right thing to do by everyone else?
The more people you keep in contact with, the more outlets you have to connect you to services that you may need one day. Even if you and the person only ever talk when you see each other, or never see each other but only talk on the phone, or only know each other through a friend, still keep them around because there's always something to be provided by everyone and anyone.
Remember, never burn bridges. You never know when you might need the person on the other side. Widen the bridge if you don't think too highly of them and feel comfortable with them, but don't burn it unless you're 100% that you don't need that person in your life. No matter what, you can't do everything on your own.
