Your Surroundings are extremely important and play a huge role in your life. To ensure that they actually motivate you and push you rather than deter you, there's one thing that you should make sure you do with them.

Surround Yourself With Greatness.

The best way to become Great is to learn from the Greats and be motivated by them and what better way to learn from the Greats and be motivated by them than surrounding Yourself with them? The more you see the Greats of your craft, the more you'll push yourself because you want to achieve what they have achieved or better yet exceed them and become one of the Greats.

The best way's to Surround Yourself With Greatness is to link them into your everyday life. This can be done by posting a picture of them next to your mirror so that every day you wake up and check yourself they're the first thing you see and so you're reminded of what you have to achieve and those who have managed to do it. You could also make it a routine so that every morning when you wake up, you read a quote from that person or watch a video of that person to motivate you.

Like I said, your Surroundings are extremely important and play a huge role in your life. So why not manipulate them to help you? It's just smarter and makes life easier. Remember, you are a product of your environment so put yourself in the environment that you aim to be in.
