Poppin' Coordination.

Be Organised

In life, there're a lot of key skills and attributes that'll help you get where you want to be and achieve the goals that you wish to achieve. One is them is your organisation skills...

Be Organised.

Being organised helps you to always know what you're doing and stay coordinated. The more coordinated everything is and the more inline everything is, the easier it is for you to stay on track and reach your goals.

Coordintion also improves efficiency because you plan ahead instead of just doing whatever whenever. Working efficiently also helps save time; this time can then be invested elsewhere to help you whether it be rest or something else.

Being organised and coordinated also helps you to filter out what you do and don't need as you'll clearly be able to tell what you need to put more time and effort into and what you don't need to spend time and effort on, or essentially what you need to leave out.

A good way to become more organised and coordinated is by specifically planning out each day and

Have a blessed week!

Task for the week: Work on being more organised and being coordinated. If you believe you already are, then work on maintaining it.

Poppin' Focus.

Tunnel Vision

Professional running athletes are always told to maintain one thing when running on the track...

Tunnel Vision.

Wonder why? Because it makes them focus on the finish line. Tunnel Vision is when you block out all irrelevant hindrances and focus on your goal. It's a tactic that athletes use to win races, the stronger their tunnel vision is, the better chance they have of winning the race.

Although tunnel vision is used by athletes, you can use it in life to achieve whatever you want. It's a way of you being able to focus on what actually matters and it helps you to block out the things that won't help you and you don't need; and the more focused you are, the more likely you are to achieve your goals in life. It also ensures that you're always working on and towards something.

Have a blessed week!

Task of the week: Work on having tunnel vision.

Rise and Get Poppin'.

Shake It Off

One day a farmer's donkey fell down into a well. The animal cried piteously for hours as the farmer tried to figure out what to do.
Finally, he decided the animal was old, and the well needed to be covered up anyway; it just wasn't worth it to retrieve the donkey.
He invited all his neighbours to come over and help him. They all grabbed a shovel and began to shovel dirt into the well. At first, the donkey realised what was happening and cried horribly. Then, to everyone's amazement, he quieted down.
A few shovel loads later, the farmer finally looked down the well. He was astonished at what he saw. With each shovel of dirt that hit his back, the donkey was doing something amazing. He would shake it off and take a step up.
As the farmer's neighbours continued to shovel dirt on top of the animal, he would shake it off and take a step up.
Pretty soon, everyone was amazed as the donkey stepped up over the edge of the well and happily trotted off!

Yours Is Poppin'!

Love Yours!

Image result for love yours

One thing that people need to work on, is being content with what they have. It's good to dream big and aim for better things but you must first appreciate what you have and this can't be done unless you truly...

Love Yours!

A lot of people look at what others have, compare it to themselves and end up becoming upset or end up feeling as though they're behind, but this isn't right. You shouldn't even be watching others in the first place unless it's for motivational purposes only!

Appreciation is the difference between staying static and moving forward. Someone that appreciates will always end up growing in every aspect of life. Someone who doesn't appreciate will always be in the same place in life and will eventually start regressing.

Like I mentioned before, the first step to getting better things is by appreciating what you have and your current situation, although it may not be ideal, you can't progress until you love yours; and remember, don't hate, just appreciate!

Have a blessed week!

Task for the week: Love yours and dream big!

Poppin' Direction.

Align Your Internal Compass

Image result for align your internal compass

A lot of people struggle to find direction in life or find it hard to stay on their path, and this can be for many reasons but there's one thing that you need to do that'll help you with your direction and staying on the right path.

Align Your Internal Compass.

You're probably thinking, 'what's an internal compass?' Well, a compass's job is to help you make sure that you're going in the correct direction when trying to get somewhere right? Well, that's exactly what an internal compass is. It's in your mind and helps you through life by telling you if you're going the right way or not; you can feel it, if you don't feel like you're on the right path or going in the right direction, it's because your internal compass is telling you this.

There are many ways to align your internal compass but you have to also maintain it and there are many ways to do this too but you have to find what best suits you and is most effective for you, as long as it helps you stay in the game, stay on your path and build momentum along the way. It's also to do with your vision, your internal compass should be aligned to your vision; that's how you know and make sure that you're on the right path to achieving your vision.

Have a blessed week!

Task for the week: Work on aligning your internal compass and once you believe it's aligned with your vision, maintain its alignment.

Poppin' Vision.

Guard Your Vision

Image result for protect your dream

Everyone has a vision but not a lot of people manage to actually achieve their vision to its full potential and turn it into greatness and that's because they eventually lose it; this isn't right. You must...

Guard Your Vision.

Your vision is yours to protect, the less you protect it, the more likely it is for it to fade away and become just another unfulfilled goal, but a vision is more than a goal. By guarding your vision, I mean don't just have it in your head and talk about it. You must not only do those two things but you must also put it to work and do stuff that goes towards it every day; even if it's just watching a 10-minute video that will expand your knowledge about it and once you've watched the video, put what you learnt into practice.

Although I did say that you should talk about your vision, be very careful of who you tell it to. Not everyone has a good heart! People will more than happily take your idea and pass it off as their own. As sad as it is, that's the world we live in. Not everyone wants you to succeed and some people do want to see you do well but just not better than them. There are only a handful of people around you who are really for you.

Remember, the better you guard your vision, the more likely it is to
become a reality.

Have a blessed week!

Task for the week: Start guarding your vision and try your hardest to never let your guard down.

Poppin' 2017!

New Year, New Opportunities!

It's finally 2017, the year that everyone's been waiting for. The year that everyone has decided is going to be the year in which they make it happen and the year that will erase all of 2016's losses and negatives.

The best way to capitalise on the year is through opportunities. Throughout the year you're given tonnes of opportunities but you either don't realise them or just don't take them and the more opportunities you let slide, the less likely you are to be happy with your year.

If you think that opportunities never come knocking for you, then build a door. Attract the opportunities by working hard and grafting so that you deserve it because what's yours will always find you as long as you put in the work. More importantly, when you do get the opportunities, take full advantage and capitalise.

Remember, one year isn't just 365 days but 365 opportunities!

Have a blessed week!

Task for the week: Start your year off the way you mean to end it via taking all the opportunities you get this week.

Poppin' Heights.

Aim High

Image result for aim high

In life, there's one thing that you can't afford to not do...

Aim High.

Aiming high is extremely important as it increases the likelihood of you achieving your dreams and goals.

When you aim high you'll never be too far off, but if you aim low then you'll barely achieve anything. Whatever your graft is, the higher you aim, the more it'll pay off and the better results you'll see.

Are you afraid of heights? No? Then why not aim high? And even if you are afraid of heights, it's time to overcome that fear because it's what's holding you back.

Remember, when you tell people about your dreams and goals, if they don't tell you that you're aiming too high, then you're definitely not aiming high enough, you're probably aiming too low.

Have a blessed week!

Task for the week: Start aiming higher based on your dreams and goals.

Poppin' Seasons.

Everything's A Season

We all go through different things at different times, some of us go through hard times and some of us go through happy times, even right now, we're all going through something whether it's happy or sad, we all go through things. In fact, we go through everything, but one thing that we need to understand from all of this is that...

Everything's A Season.

It's as simple as that. We need to understand that like seasons, life becomes more diverse as we go through it but we get used to them. We may go through some seasons that last longer than others and we may find some seasons easier than others.

When going through a bad season, we must stay positive and triumph through it because how we get through our bad seasons will always determine what our next season will be like. Remember, change is continuous and nothing bad is permanent.

Have a blessed week!

Task for the week: Figure out what season you're in and see how you can triumph through it.

Poppin' Levels.

Step It Up!

Image result for go harder

Too many people complain about not progressing the way they want to in life but they're forgetting to do one main thing...

Step It Up!

You can't be expecting to progress if you are still doing the same things that got you to where you are now. You have to increase it and step it up in order to progress and see better results.

If you know that your work rate was what got you to where you are now, then step it up, increase it, and go harder so that it can also take you to the next level. If it was prayer and faith that got you to where you are now, then pray harder and have more faith!

Don't become reluctant or complacent because that's when you being to regress. The minute you feel as though you've done enough is when you'll begin to slip up and see yourself going back to the start.

Have a blessed week!

Task for the week: Increase everything you do and go harder so that you can get to the next level of your life!

Make Everything Poppin'!

Make The Most Out Of Everything!

Image result for make the most of everything that comes your way

In life, it's important that you don't let anything slide and that you...

Make The Most Of Everything!

You shouldn't settle for satisfactory and you shouldn't ever leave things half done, you should always make sure that you make the most out of things because that's what will make you move forward and progress the right way in life. Here are three ways you can make sure of this:

1. Do things on the side
For those of you who aren't necessarily living your dreams yet, are you just hoping for them to come true or are you actually putting in the work to make sure that they come true? If you have other priorities that don't allow you to work on your dreams full time, then make sure that you're making up for it after hours. When you get home from work or school, rest for a bit then work on your dreams until it's time for you to go to bed. Don't just hope for something to happen because that never works, you have to make it happen!

2.Take advantage
During your life you'll get many opportunities, some of them may not even be big, but you have to make sure that you take as many of them as possible and that you take full advantage these opportunities because God gave them to you for a reason. No opportunity is ever irrelevant or minor. Every opportunity is the door to another opportunity and each opportunity brings you closer to your ultimate goal; your dream.

3. Put in 120%
In all that you do, whether it's for you or for someone else, whether it's big or small, make sure that you put in a minimum of 120%. This means that you're doing everything to the best of your ability and not just for the sake of it. Of course, this won't always be the case, there may be day's when you won't put in 120% but if you do aim to put in 120%, even if you don't hit 120%, you won't be far off.

Remember, make the most out of everything and you're bound to fulfil your dreams sooner than you think.

Have a blessed week!

Task for the week: Make a habit of making the most of everything that comes your way.

Poppin' Optimism!

Be Optimistic!

Image result for be optimistic

In today's world, there's one main thing that we all fail to be sometimes, but yet it's so important and can do serious things for us...

Be Optimistic!

To be optimistic means that we're hopeful and confident about the future and what it holds. Optimism is one of the most important things we can have as people and is something that everyone should have.

When we're optimistic, we see the greatness and goodness in everything. It allows us to see the light at the end of all tunnels. Being optimistic helps us through situations because we always envision a positive ending and the more we envision things, the more likely they are to happen.

Optimism is something that spreads. If we have four optimistic friends then we're due to be the fifth one, but if we have four negative friends then we're due to be the fifth one and vice versa, our optimism can rub off on others.

Remember, your optimism can determine the outcome of the situation you're currently in and is one of the most important things you can have in life.

Have a blessed week!

Task for the week: Be more optimistic and change the bad by envisioning the good.

Prayer Poppin'.

Prayer Is The Key

Image result for pray

Nowadays, we have so many things to do and we usually forget most of them, but there's
one thing that you should always do no matter what...

Pray.

Prayer is something that takes care of both the physical and the spiritual side of things and you may not believe in the spiritual side of things, but it's real. Prayer is one of the keys to the locked door that a lot of people spend a lifetime looking for.

Many people think that you should only pray if you want something and some others think that you should only pray when giving thanks, but this isn't the case. 1 Chronicles 16:11 say's, 'Look to the LORD and his strength; seek his face always'. This means that no matter what your situation is, you should always pray and you can pray about anything as long as you mean it and have faith.

A prayer can be anything from a few words to a whole speech; it can also be anywhere whether in your head or out loud. When you first start to pray, you may find it hard and may stumble on your words, but the stronger you become in the spirit and the more you get used to it, not only will it become part of who you are, but you will get better at it and it will feel rightly mandatory.

Have a blessed week!

Task for the week: Everyday of this week, say a prayer first thing in the morning and before you go to bed, make this a habit for the rest of your life, if you can, pray during your day too and whenever else you can.

Poppin' Perseverance.

Don't Crumble Under Pressure

Image result for diamond under pressure

In today's world, with everything going on, there's one main thing that you must not do.

Don't Crumble Under Pressure.

Pressure can come from many different places and in different amounts. Pressure is there to test and strengthen you. Different things apply different amounts of pressure on you and it's your job to preserve and overcome this pressure. You could even be the one putting yourself under pressure, but this isn't good as it could have seriously negative effects on you. Too much pressure creates stress and nothing good ever comes from stress.

However, pressure isn't always a bad thing. Enough pressure can actually push you to do better and can help you accomplish your goals and fulfil your dreams. The more used you are to being under pressure, the easier it is for you to get through most things in life, as pressure can actually prepare you for different challenges that you'll face.

When you feel as if the pressure is becoming too much and you can't persevere, don't be scared to step back for a while and take a little break but just never give up and be sure to persevere. Remember, pressure makes diamonds.

Have a blessed week!

Task for the week: Don't crumble under pressure and allow it to strengthen you!

Truly Poppin'.

Find Your Why

Image result for find your why

Everyone wants a come up these days and because of this, they do whatever they think is poppin', but for no other reason than to be poppin'. This shouldn't be the case...

Find Your Why.

The only way to be truly poppin' is to find a real reason as to why you do what you do. What I mean by this, is are you doing it for the sake of doing it or are you doing it because you enjoy doing it? If it's because you enjoy doing it then that's good because you're bound to gain from it, where as if you only do it for the sake of it, you may gain a few things from it but only in the short term, as it won't last.

Before you embark on something, check yourself and make sure that you're doing it genuinely for the right reasons and not just for the sake of it. Don't force it because  you'll end up forcing yourself somewhere you don't want to be.

Have a blessed week!

Task for the week: Firstly, what do you think the head image means? Drop your thought's in the comments. Then ask yourself - are you truly poppin' or just forcing it? If you're just forcing then change that.

Image result for do right

Everyone want's to live a better life but in order to do so, you must know how to and it's simple...

Doing Right is literally as easy as it sounds. There aren't any lists or rules that you have to carry out or go by.

Doing Right can be anything from the little you do, to the biggest deeds you've ever done as long as it's the Right thing to Do. Doing Right can be done in your thoughts due to them becoming reality, your actions because they are remembered forever and even your words because of the power that they hold.

By Doing Right, you're making the world a better place whilst taking up the opportunity of making yourself a better person and this is good because the only way to start making the world a better place, is by making yourself a better person. It also reduces the risk of regret and makes life more worth living for yourself as well as others.

Poppin' You.

Learn, Take And Adapt

Image result for learn from others

Too many people learn from those who they look up to or who are where they aim to be, take what they've learnt and then try to copy it. That's wrong.

Learn, Take And Adapt.

When Learning from others, don't Take what you've Learnt and copy it. You should Take what you've Learnt and Adapt it to yourself to help you better yourself. Everybody's different and you copying someone else will never work because sooner or later you'll realise that you either can't keep up or it's just not for you and you're doing the wrong things.

By Adapting what you've Learnt will also help you find yourself whilst you better yourself. You'll be able to know how to react to certain situations and how to carry yourself. You'll also be able to Learn a valuable lesson from other people's mistakes that you would've otherwise made and it gives you a bit more of an insight to life.

Don't work on being the next someone. Working on being the first you!

Poppin' Links.

Be About

Image result for map links

In today's day and age, it's becoming more and more common to know fewer people and to stay in one place rather than going to different places and meeting new and different people, but it shouldn't be like this.

Be About.

What I mean by this is that you should get to know different places and different people. You should be known all over the place but by the right people. Be known by those who can help you and can provide opportunities for you. Be known and know people who can link you to different sectors and different services.

Being About instead of static is a great factor of success. It means that no matter where you go, you're good. No matter what sector you want to go into, you're good. No matter what you need help with, you're good. Why? Because of all the links you have via the people you know.

Don't be afraid to go places by yourself in order to meet new people; don't be afraid to start over in order to meet new people. By Being About, you can learn so many different things and you also create so much room for yourself because you're unrestricted.

Have a blessed week!

Poppin' Advancement.

Bigger And Better Things

Image result for bigger and better things from God

On their journey of life, too many people get used to the pit stops and get too comfortable and they end up losing sight and settling for what isn't actually their final destination.

Bigger And Better Things.

What I mean by this is that on your way through life, you need to be able to recognise the temporary opportunities which God has given you to help you get to the ultimate opportunity which is your final destination.

Too many people get a temporary opportunity that's only meant to help them get to Bigger And Better Things but they don't realise this and so when it's time for them to move on to another God given opportunity, they usually miss out on it and don't realise it because of how used they have become to where they currently are.

Some people also get temporary opportunities from God that purposely aren't so good but they're opportunities that are meant to help them, make them realise things and that they can learn from, but because it isn't what they wanted, they seem to settle for it and think that everything they've worked so hard for wasn't worth it and that that's the end.

Like I said, too many people get used to places where they're only passing though and so they miss out on other opportunities. Always be expectant of Bigger And Better Things.

Have a blessed week!

Task for the week: Firstly, what do you think the headline image represents? Leave your thoughts in the comments and let's discuss them. Then, Pray to God and ask him to reveal to you, his plan for you. You may find that you have to pray more than once but ask him to show what part of that plan you're at. You never know what he may reveal to you about your current position in life or why you're there or where you're going.

Poppin' Enthusiasm!

Always Be Enthusiastic!

Image result for enthusiasm

Too many people pick and choose when to be Enthusiastic according to how they feel about whatever it is, but this shouldn't be the case.

Always Be Enthusiastic!

Being Enthusiastic is the best way to approach literally everything in life. Why? Because being Enthusiastic means that you're willing and eager and those are two things that'll never fail you in life.

You should be excited about new things; new things bring new, bigger and better opportunities. New things actually help you in life and take you places and the more excited and Enthusiastic you are about them, the more you'll be able to get out of them.

Don't be someone who lives for the weekend. Too many people are only Enthusiastic about weekends but dread Monday's. This is something that needs to change. You should be just as excited or if not, even more, excited about Monday because it's the first day of your grafting week during which you make things happen! How can you not be Enthusiastic about such a day?

Like I said, the more Enthusiastic you are, the simpler and easier your life gets. So make your life simpler by being more and more Enthusiastic each and every day.

Have a blessed week!

Task for the week: If you're someone who isn't too Enthusiastic then work on being more Enthusiastic or if you know someone who isn't, then recommend this post to them and help them become more Enthusiastic.
