Poppin' Execution!

Ideas Are Useless Without Execution

Everyone has that one Idea that they keep on thinking about and is just sitting in their mind. This is alright but there's just one thing.

Ideas Are Useless Without Execution.

It's all good having a great Idea but if you don't Execute it then it becomes Useless. As an Idea becomes Useless it dies and this is bad because that Idea could've been great, but you'll never know if you don't Execute it. Here's the best way to Execute your Idea:

Just Do It
The best way to Execute an Idea is by just doing it. The more you think about it, the
more hesitant you become and the less likely you are to do it. Even if you don't have a plan, just improvise and see where it takes you. If after a while you feel that it's working well and you want to carry it on then start to take bigger and more serious steps such as planning ahead and investing more time into it.

As I already said, an Idea is Useless without Execution and if you don't try then you'll never know. Don't let your Ideas die, Execute them or you'll end up regretting it- especially if it was a good one.

Task for the day: Take the idea that you keep on thinking about and start working on it.

Add Poppin' Value!

Add Value

In all that you do, if you want to move forward and succeed then guess what the one major thing that you must do is?

Add Value.

The more Value you bring to people, the more successful you become, especially in business. The quicker you provide Value to others, the quicker you make money and the quicker you become successful. Value is the way to make money.

Value is important because it gives importance. Without Value everything is worthless and no one likes anything worthless, so by providing Value you're improving people's lives and there way of living which also adds Value on to you.

Adding Value works hand in hand, the more Value you give, the more Value you gain. Adding Value isn't hard either, it's just simply you doing something that effects another person in a positive way that helps to improve them as a person or improves their life.

Task for the day: Firstly, see if you can figure out the Value being added in the picture or what the picture means, leave your guess in the comments. Then ask yourself and think of how you can bring more Value to the people around you.

Great Poppin', Not Good!

Good Is The Enemy Of Great

Too many people settle for Good, but Good isn't enough.

Good Is The Enemy Of Great.

Good is the satisfactory level at which people feel as if what they've done is enough and even though they can do more, they don't need to. This shouldn't be the case. In anything and everything you do you should aim to do it to the best of your ability and you should aim to be the best at what you do. Here's when Great comes into the scene.

Good Is The Enemy Of Great because being Good is what stops you from being Great. Greatness is what comes when you push yourself beyond satisfaction and do better. Being Good is normal, but being Great is what puts you ahead of everybody else. Pushing yourself to be Great is the only way of improving. If you're always satisfied with Good, then you'll never fulfil your true potential.

Task for the day: Let today be the first of the rest of the days in which you do something that propels you to be Greater. Start upgrading your life and yourself from Good to Great.

Poppin' Knowledge!

Knowledge Is Power

Knowledge is often regarded as something that everyone has and is one of the main things that sets everyone apart. This is correct.

Knowledge Is Power.

Knowledge is facts, information, and skills acquired through experience or education; the understanding of a subject. There are many different ways to acquire Knowledge, here are the main two:

1.Educate Yourself
One way to gain Knowledge is by educating yourself. To educate yourself is to do your research and to learn about different things using your own resources and in your own time. Too many people believe that school is enough, no! The people who really do well and are the real game changers are those who during their own leisure time, do their research and educate themselves in what they want to go far in and what they love. However, when educating yourself don't just learn about one specific thing, this isn't particularly good as you'll become very narrow-minded, it's good to have one topic that you're mostly focused on but be sure to look into other things too.

2.Interact With Others
Another way to gain Knowledge is by interacting with others. By interacting with others I mean getting to know and having conversations with new and different people. You never know what you might learn. By interacting with others you can gain so many new resources. By interacting with others you also expand your opportunities and so you could get the opportunity to use the things you've been educating yourself about if you aren't already doing so. Remember, you never know who you could be talking to.

Knowledge is what creates the fine line between people and it's also what creates opportunity. All your life you're learning, so why not educate yourself. Knowledge Is Power.

Task for the day: Educate yourself on something new that you've always wanted to learn about. Also, get to know at least one new person or start talking to someone who you aren't too familiar with.

If You're Poppin' You Still Need Rest!

Rest

It seems that it's become a trend for people to try their hardest to resist Rest and just work 24/7 365. No!

Rest.

Rest is very important and incredibly useful. Overworking yourself does nothing but slows you down. Sure it's good to work hard, but be smart enough to take breaks and have Rest days. Here's why Rest is so vital and how it can be used to an advantage:

Recuperation
Whilst Resting, you recuperate. By recuperating you regain energy and recover. Recuperation is important as it contributes heavily to your strength and health.

System Cleansing
It's been scientifically proven that when you're tired and overworked your system begins to produce negative juices - believe it or not, it's true- which have a very bad effect on you. While Resting, your body produces juices that wash away and eliminate the negative juices and this is good for you.

For those of you who still don't see the benefits of Rest, here's the main advantage:

Ideas
When Resting, your brain is relaxed and during this period your imagination is most active and so you begin to conjure up new thoughts and ideas that wouldn't have come about if you were still tired or stressed.

Like I already said, sure it's good to work hard, but be smart enough to take breaks and have Rest days so that you can grind for longer! Remember, the aim is to be consistent; if you strain yourself you'll eventually break down. Plus, everyone deserves a Rest when they've worked hard!

Task for the day: It's the weekend, Rest yourself so that you're ready for the upcoming week ahead.

Losing Sets You Up To Get Poppin'!

Lose And Move On!

Too often, a Loss is deemed as a negative. It's really a positive but not everyone knows this.

Lose And Move On!

Losing is undermined and seen by many as a bad thing but this is wrong. It's actually one of the major stepping stones to success and here're the two main reasons why:

1.You Learn
When you Lose you learn. You learn what not to do and what to do. This may seem very vague but it's so important because the more you learn, the better you become at your craft and the better suited you are to deal with any unusual situations that come your way.

2.You Gain Momentum
Everyone loves a Loser. Why? Because then they can say 'I told you so' or they have something to laugh at and a reason to feel better. But those who bounce back from their Losses gain so much momentum. People who Lose and are strong use it as motivation and come back hungrier so they grind even harder and even smarter. The harder and smarter your grind, the better you get and the better things become.

Like I mentioned earlier, Losing is a major stepping stone to success. No one ever gets to the top without it. If you Lose, take it, learn from it and bounce back better than before.

Task for the day: Look at your last Loss and see what you can learn from it.

Get Your Dream Poppin'!

Chase Your Dream

Believe it or not, there are people who just disregard their Dream and leave it as just a Dream. This shouldn't be the case.

Chase Your Dream.

The whole purpose of a Dream is to give you something to work for. Something that you long for and is actually your purpose. If you waste your Dream then you waste your life. Too many people do this and here's how you can actually make sure that you chase your Dream and fulfill your purpose:

1.Believe In It
The first thing you must do is believe in it! If you don't believe in it, then it's worthless. By believing, you empower life into it and it also motivates you to carry it out as you know it's meaning and worth to you. One way you can do this is by speaking it into existence; simply just speak of it as you want it to be, speak like you've already fulfilled it.

2.Plan For It
The second thing you have to do is plan for it. Even if you don't like planning, it doesn't have to be something big. It can just be a little plan, as long as it gives you a sense of direction and you know clearly what you're doing and the steps to take.

3.Pray On It
Thirdly you must pray. Prayer is a major key that's usually overlooked. Pray regarding your Dreams and trust me it will come to pass. Prayer places everything into place perfectly and covers all areas that you can not.

As I said before if you waste your Dream by letting it die then you've basically wasted your life. You only live one life, don't die regretting not going for what you always wanted to do. Go for it using the three steps provided above and I promise that if it's meant to be, then it'll be.

Task for the day: If you aren't already, start taking steps towards fulfilling your Dream.

Be Aware Of Your Poppin'!

Self-Awareness

There's one that a lot of people lack and because of this, they miss out on a lot and actually end up fooling themselves.

Self-Awareness.

Self-Awareness is one conscious knowledge of their characteristics that make them who they are. Being Self Aware requires you to know both your strengths and weakness' and choosing which path you want to go down. Here are some of the key points of Self-Awareness:

1.Know Your Strengths
Firstly, you must know your strengths and what you're good at. Knowing this makes this makes it easier for you to know where you're headed at and specifically what can use to your advantage to ensure success.

2.Know Your Weakness'
Secondly, you must also know your weakness' and what you're not too good at. Knowing this makes it easier for you to know what you need to work on or what you possibly need to avoid.

3.Don't Lie To Yourself
Thirdly, you must make sure that you don't lie to yourself about your strengths and weakness'. Don't even try and sugar coat anything for yourself because that's still lying. You have to be straightforward so that you can move on in the right direction that's best for you. By lying to yourself, you're just fooling yourself and this is the wrong thing to do as you could lead yourself in the wrong direction and down the wrong path.

4.Bet On Your Strengths Or Build On Your Weakness'
Once you know your strengths and weakness' and have clearly differentiated them, you must choose which one you most strongly feel is best for you and the path you wish to go down. You either bet on your strengths meaning you take what you're good at and use them to your advantage. Or you build on your weakness' meaning you take your weakness' and develop them to become your strengths. Whichever one you choose is entirely up to you but just make sure that you choose what's best for you.

Self-Awareness is a vital skill that sooner or later everyone has to acquire, if not then they get left behind. Be Self Aware.

Task for the day: Evaluate yourself and find your strengths and weakness'.

Keeping Commitments Gets You Poppin'!

Your Word Is Your Bond

Every day of our lives', we make promises and break them. Whether or not it's intentional, it happens. It happens so often that people are starting to make a habit out of it and are beginning to reduce the importance of keeping their Word. This isn't right!

Your Word Is Your Bond.

How strongly you keep your Word is a portrayal of your morals and also determines how you're seen and approached as well as trusted by others. Keeping your Word also helps you build relationships and gain resources. Here is the best way that can help you stick to your Word and make you become a more trustworthy person:

Quick Action
The best way which you can be sure to keep your Word is to act on it as quickly as possible. Find ways to back it up. Even if your first act is a small one, at least the person knows that you meant what you said and your actions to follow are due to be even greater.

Here are also some essentials that you must do when acting on your Word:

Stay Within Your Width
When making a promise to someone or even yourself or if you're just guaranteeing something, make sure that it's something you know that you're capable of to avoid any disappointment. If you do want to do something slightly beyond you then that's good but just make sure that you make that clear to the person. Don't leave someone thinking you're going to do an expert job when you're only an intermediate.

All In Or Nothing
When you've given someone your word that you're going to do something for them, you must put your all in! Don't think that just because you're doing them a favour that you can do the bare minimum and expect them to be satisfied, no! You gave them your Word so you must put your all in, if not then tell them that you can't do it instead of disappointing them.

Your Word can be anything as small as a pinky promise or anything as big as a contract but no matter what, the key thing to remember about keeping your Word is that the more you break it, the harder it is for you to become a better person.

Task for the day: Do something now that helps and makes sure that you keep your Word to someone or something, act on it.

Have A Poppin' Weekend The Right Way

Have A Productive Weekend

A lot of people seem to think that Weekend's are days during which they should just lazy around doing nothing.

Have A Productive Weekend.

Your Weekend should be Productive so that it sets you up for the coming week, during your Weekend there are a few simple things you can do that will have a great impact on your week ahead:

Plan Your Schedule
During your Weekend you can plan your week ahead so that you aren't rushing during the week and you don't end up having important things that clash with each other. It also helps as you end up getting more free time during which you can rest if you follow your schedule properly.

Start On A Task Early
If you know that you have a busy week ahead or you have a task that's bound to be a bit difficult then your Weekend is the best time to start tackling it. Starting it early allows you to be a bit more relaxed during the Weekend because you're ahead of schedule and so you aren't forced to sacrifice other things.

How To Stop Your Anger From Poppin'!

Control Your Anger

Too many people allow their Anger to boil and take over them. This is wrong.

Control Your Anger.

How you control your Anger can determine many things for you and has serious effects on not only your outcomes but also your health both mentally and physically. Here's how to ensure that you keep your Anger under control and don't let it ruin things for you:

1.Identify The Problem
You have to identify what gets you Angry because until you know what Angers you, you'll never be able to avoid it in order to keep calm. When you do find the problem, you must avoid it; try your hardest to stay away from what makes you angry. However, Anger is usually built up over a certain amount of time and events, so another thing you need to identify is the feeling from when it starts. When you identify the feeling, you can deal with it to make sure it doesn't escalate.

2.Forgive And Move On
You must forgive and move on. When someone does something that arouses your Anger you must quickly forgive them before it goes any further and don't ponder on it or let it stick in your head, just move on because the more you think about it, the more you begin to get even Angrier which defeats the whole point of forgiving them. When you forgive and move on, the problem now becomes irrelevant and disappears.

3.Don't Give Away Your Power
By getting Angry you're giving away your power. How? Because you have allowed yourself to be overpowered and ruled by the situation or person that has made you Angry. They/it has succeeded in Angering you and so they can now manipulate that Anger to lead you to do something wrong. By giving away your power you weaken yourself as well as show that you're weak.

4.Control Your Mind
Allow your mind to create situations, not the other way around. By controlling your mind to create situations, whatever you think up will come to pass. Whereas, if you allow your situation/environment to create/influence your mind, you'll always be affected by what's going on on the outside rather than the inside. Control your mind and you'll control your situations/environments.

Remember, you can't control what gets you Angry, but you can control if you let it escalate and how you react.

Poppin' Dreams!

Have A Dream!

Believe it or not, there are people who either don't have a Dream or just disregard their Dream. This shouldn't be the case.

Have A Dream!

Dreams are so important as they are actually what gives your life a purpose -aside from God's purpose for you- they also give you something to work for and reason to keep going. As I earlier said, some people don't actually have a Dream or even worse, if they do they just disregard it. This is very bad as it means that you don't know your purpose in life and.

The reason why today's article is incredibly short is simply because the importance of having a Dream is just unexplainable. If you don't have a Dream, you don't have anything!

Task for the day: Think about what you want to accomplish with your life, your ultimate life goal, find your purpose and make it your Dream.

The True You Is Poppin'!

Be Yourself Be Different!

Too many people think that acting like something or someone you aren't is the best way to be because it's easier to fit in. This is wrong!

Be Yourself!

To Be Yourself not only means that you show people the true you but it also means that you don't care what people think about the real you either. As I mentioned, too many people change the way they are just to fit it, but this is wrong. If you fit in then there's a problem because it means you're a follower and to be a follower isn't good. Many people also fail to realise when they aren't being their true selves, and here's how you can know if you are, and if not, how you can change that:

Create Your Own Path
Do you truly feel comfortable and are others seeing you as different to the rest? If not then you need to create your own path. This means that you aren't just going with the flow and riding other people's waves. You aren't just doing what seems popular and what everyone else is doing. It means that you're stepping out of line and creating your own way which you feel most comfortable and is truly you.

Like I said before, if you fit in then there's a problem because it means you're a follower and to be a follower means you have no mind of your own. Be Yourself and create your own path, when they see how Poppin' you are, they'll look up to you and you'll inspire them to do the same.

Although I'm encouraging you to Be Yourself and Be Different, don't force the difference. Only do what you feel comfortable doing!

Task for the day: Start being the real you and create your own path if you aren't already doing so and let people see this and be inspired. If you know someone who acts falsely, urge and encourage them to be their true self and create their own path.

Humble Poppin'!

Humble Yourself

Humbleness is the key to unlocking great opportunities and moving forward in life. It's what builds your greatness and what allows it to speak for itself.

Humble Yourself.

To be Humble is to be modest and not always look for recognition and brag. It also means that your selfless and so you're always thinking of ways and doing things to help others. Being Humble is something that brings down many people as they always feel like they have the right to be too proud and pride is what holds many people back. Here the two biggest ways you can practice Humility work on becoming Humble:

1.Serve Others
The best way to practice Humility is by serving others. To serve others doesn't literally mean bring them food- although you can do that if you want- but it means that you care for others, love them and put them before you. Ways in which you can do this is may be taking time out to talk to someone, helping someone out with a problem they're facing or even buying someone lunch; it can be literally anything as long as it's a selfless act and is fully in favour of the person you're doing it for. You can even take the time to talk with the homeless person you see every day and find out why they're the way they are and give them some help; remember, no action is too small and no one is too irrelevant.

2.Don't Brag, Let Your Actions Speak
One thing you should do as a Humble person is never brag or boast. You should also let your actions speak for themselves, why? Because actions speak louder than words and people always see what you do, not what you say. Your actions last ten times longer and are more effective than your words. Bragging and boasting just means that you're looking for self-glory, this is wrong. Do the right actions -like being Humble- and glory will come and find you as a reciprocation of good karma, what goes around comes back around. Do your biggest deeds behind closed doors, because whatever is hidden will soon reveal itself.

In the Bible John 4:10 (KJV) says, 'Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.' This right here just being Humble has its own positive karma which will automatically find it's way to you. Be Humble and you're bound to go far.

Task for the day: Be Humble and try to serve at least three other people, this can be done via compliments, buying them lunch, listening to their problems, literally anything that helps them and is a selfless act counts.

There's No Excuse For Not Poppin'!

No Excuses!

People often always find a way to make themselves feel better for not sticking to or doing something, but this shouldn't be the case because if you do what you're meant to do then you'll naturally feel good and won't need to trick yourself.

No Excuses!

An Excuse is simply just a way of lessening blame or trying to justify a fault. However, they aren't good because at the end of the day you're just fooling yourself. The habit of making excuses is also a terrible one to get into as it lessens you as a person and makes you less respectable. Here are the main reasons for Excuses and how they can be avoided:

Unrealistic Expectations
One of the main reasons as to why people make Excuses is purely because they set themselves big tasks or goals beyond their capabilities and expect to reach them. Then when the time comes for them to actually act on the big tasks or goals they've given themselves, they realise they can't do it and so they just leave it and give a petty Excuse as to why they couldn't do it. This shouldn't be the case, they should set themselves tasks and goals that push their strengths but are still in reach, this way they can actually accomplish them but are still moving forward and bettering themselves.

Laziness
Another one of the main reasons as to why people make Excuses is just because of sheer laziness. Laziness is what stops so many people from actually moving forward in life and is a major setback. People will set themselves tasks/goals and then not complete them or just brush them to the side simply because they can't be bothered to do them and then make an Excuse that makes it seem as if the task/goal wasn't important and wasn't actually worth their time. This is wrong, when they set themselves tasks/goals they should be making sure that they will stick to them, if not then they shouldn't be setting them.

I know that everyone gives the odd Excuse once in a while but you should really try not to as it's a terrible habit to get into and as I said before, people often always find a way to make themselves feel better for not sticking to or doing things, but this shouldn't be the case because if you do what you're meant to do then you'll naturally feel good and won't need to trick yourself. Try and avoid the main reasons for Excuses that I've listed above by using the advice I have given and trust me, you'll become a better person.

Ensure You Become Poppin'!

Fight!

When you're on your way to accomplishing your ultimate goal in life, you will come up against many adversities but never give up.

Fight!

There will always be a point where you have to Fight for what you love and believe in, during the fight some people give up and lose but this shouldn't be the case. You see your Fight is the hardest part and by winning it your end goal becomes even easier to reach. Here are ways to help you win your Fight:

1.Sharpen Your Skill
During your Fight, everything is tested and the better you are, the easier it is for you. You must make sure that in whatever you do, you are as skilful as can be. This also is like a test because the more skilful you are in what you do and the more time you're willing to spend sharpening your skill, will show how dedicated you are and how much your goals for what you do mean to you.

2.Work Not Only Hard But Work Smart
It's all good and well to work hard but by doing this you tend to get tired quick which is another thing that could cause you to give up. You should always try and work smart; this could be done by planning and prioritising. Working smarter allows you to always be a few steps ahead, so if one thing doesn't go as planned, you already know what to do next.

3.Maintain Your Work Ethic And Hunger
Maintaining your work ethic is so important because it ensures that you'll be pushing yourself as much as possible. Your biggest advantage is your hunger than and being hungry means that you willing to do all it takes- whilst staying true to yourself- so that you always come out on top. This is good because it means that you'll ever fold under any situation.

As I said before, your Fight is the hardest part and by winning it your end goal becomes even easier to reach. If you stick to the three points above as well as any that you believe will help you, you will win your Fight for Greatness.

Time To Get Poppin'!

The Time Is Now!

People have many excuses for not pursuing their dreams or doing what they want to do with their lives, but they all come under one excuse which has become a normal saying for some people, "It's not time yet". This is nonsense!

The Time Is Now!

Don't use "I'm waiting for the right time" as an excuse because the right time, is the time when you decide to go for it! If you have a dream, pursue it and here are a few reasons why:

1.Time Is Running Out
As the days go by, time is running out and you aren't getting any younger to be honest. Don't be fooled into thinking, the longer you wait, the easier it will be because this a lie that too many people believe! As you wait longer it becomes even more difficult because not only are other people pursuing the same dream as you but your opportunities are also decreasing as they're being taken up by others who have actually realised that time is running out and The Time Is Now.

2.The Journey Is More Beneficial
The earlier you start, the more time you have to learn along the way meaning the journey is more beneficial. However, if you start late then you have less time to learn new things along the way as you're more likely to rush everything.

Procrastination is a top killer of many dreams; don't let it be the killer of yours!

Although it's best to act on your dreams as soon as possible, it's also vitally important that you do not rush. If you rush this could be your downfall. If you don't feel you're ready to take action just yet then make sure that you do plan and work on things to help you when you do decide to take action; but just don't leave it too late!
