Forward Poppin'!

Keep It Moving!

As people move on in life and progress they tend to find themselves stopping and starting at different points and when they hit different obstacles they tend to just give up, but this isn't good.

Keep It Moving!

The best way to ensure progress and to lead a life in which you are happy and don't feel regrets is to just keep it moving. This can be done in so many ways and here are a few of those ways which will help you the most:

1.Look Through The Problem, Not At It
When you come across a problem or obstacle, you can't just look at it or it begins to seem even more impossible. The best way to get past it is to look through it. By doing this, you downsize the problem and become bigger than it this is important and helps dramatically as when you're bigger than something you feel more confident in yourself and it becomes easier for you to face it and overcome it.

2.Don't Stop Or You'll Regress
When you hit a hurdle don't stop just slow down, evaluate the situation and take your time. By doing this you allow yourself to think and come up with the smartest solution which is easiest for you. If you speed ahead you'll eventually have to come back to them the problem or it'll just come back into your path which will mean your regressing and regression is on of the worst things ever as it means you're not moving forward.

3.Maintain Your Speed
When you're on track it's vital to ensure that you don't run wild and stray away from your path and the best way to do this is by maintaining a steady speed of progress. Many people think the best way to progress is by doing everything as quickly as possible so that they can do more things, but this actually slows you down. When you have too many things going on at the same time it means you rush one thing in order to get the next one done. Rushing things to get them done only means that they're done to the lowest standard possible. The best thing to do is have two or three things which you know you can fully dedicate yourself to and work through them. As you work through them you should set yourself deadlines by which you hope to have certain outcomes or achieve certain things, this helps because you now know when to do certain things and how long for you develop a steady pace according to your goals.

4.No Looking Back
When moving forward, you must never look back. The more you look back, the more regrets you have of things you should have done. When you look back you also tend to remember things which will have negative affects you. The only time you should ever look back is when you've accomplished everything and want to see how far you've come!

Think Poppin'!

Mentality And Mindset.

Your Mentality and Mindset are the two assets that if brought together and used properly, can make a great difference to the person you are.

Mentality And Mindset.

Your Mentality and Mindset is the way your mind works, your way of thinking and your attitudes you hold. Some people see them as two different things and others see them as synonyms for each other, but either way, if you use them alongside each other for the right reasons and maintain them, they're due to improve your life dramatically. And if you don't know how to, here's the number one tip that'll put everything into place:

Increase Your Positive Intake

In order to improve your Mentality and Mindset, you must increase your positive intake. Your positive intake is the amount of positivity you take in and surround yourself with. This helps because your mind conjures up and fills up with thoughts based on what you watch, listen to, read etc and your thoughts are what affects your attitudes. This helps you think positively and have a positive attitude to everything you do, which makes your life way easier.

Although this article is a short one, it just goes to show that your Mentality and Mindset are two very simple things which are so easy to better.

Get Your People Poppin'!

Support Your People!

Nowadays, people find it easier to waste their time and money on people whose aim it is to take it from them, instead of contributing them to their own people who are on the come up and will make better use of them.

Support Your People!

Would you rather see your money that you worked hard for go towards a ticket to see an artist perform for two hours just so that they can buy a new car and brag about how you don't have it, in their next song? Or would you rather invest that same amount of money and the same amount of time into someone close to you, who is grinding their ass off and deserves it more? Well, I mean it's up to you, but if you choose to invest wisely in your people, then here's the best thing you can possibly do:

Motivate Them
Motivation is the driving force for everyone! Your people on the come up need as much motivation as possible in order for them to keep on going and not lose the hunger. By spending some time with them even just asking questions about their aims and what they're grinding for as well as making suggestions and giving feedback on their pros and cons, can help them as they begin to see where they need to improve and they see that you actually care about what they're doing and know that you believe in them- trust me, this makes all the difference.

Although today's article is a rather short one, it just goes to show that your how one simple thing that may not seem like a big deal, can mean a lot to someone, especially someone close to you who you know needs that extra bit of support.

Make it a daily routine for you to talk to at least one person who you know needs support, even if they don't ask for it, just have a little chat with them so that they know you care, trust me, they'll be ever so grateful.

Poppin' Personality!

A Simple Way To

Invest And Add Value to

Your Personality!

Your Personality is everything! It's what portrays you and actually represents who you are inside. It's what many people judge you by and majorly affects the way they interact with you. Your personality is a factor that heavily affects literally every area of your life.

Invest And Add Value To Your Personality!

There is one huge factor that has an effect on your personality and once you take hold of this, everything about you improves and falls into place.

Value and Humble yourself
In order for others to value you, you must value yourself. By valuing yourself, you let people know that you know your worth. However, humble yourself. By humbling yourself it means you know your worth but you don't brag about it and this improves your personality and appeal as no one wants to know someone who constantly brags; these two things put together are a master tool!

Although today's article is a rather short one, it just goes to show that your personality is something that isn't hard at all to work on.

Simplicity Is Poppin'!

Simplicity Is Key!

Unfortunately, many people in life find themselves stressing and worrying about challenges and problems they're facing, but this just makes them worse and complicates everything.

Simplicity Is Key!

By complicating your life, you only make things worse for yourself, but a lot of people don't know this and believe that that's just how life is. NO! You can make your life much simpler and here's how:

1.Work Smarter
Some people think that the only way to overcome certain circumstances or to progress is by working harder 24/7. This may work for those people and there's nothing wrong with working hard, but the best way to simplify everything is by working smarter. By working smarter you find easier and more effective ways of completing tasks and overcoming issues without stressing over them. One way you could work smarter is by taking on one task at a time and whilst working on that task, seek advice from people who have had to do the same thing or something similar. Also, look for simple solutions, as they are the most effective.

2.Cut Out Irrelevance
Some people are always saying "My life is so hard. I have so much going on" and they use this as an excuse for their life being hard and them not being where they're meant to be. Well then cut out anything that's irrelevant. For me the only things I associate myself with are things that concern my Christianity, my family, my business and my income. Anything else, I make sure that I don't associate myself with because they're just irrelevant hindrances that will hold me back! "How do you know if it's irrelevant?" you may ask, well is it majorly contributing to your progress, making things easier for you or have any essential place in your life?

3.Dwell In Peace, Serenity and Prosperity
It's a hard world, and you're often told that you must step out of your comfort zone in order to move forward and this is totally true. However, I know for a fact that there are those of you who struggle to do this and it causes you to feel a certain type of way, but it shouldn't be like this. You should place yourself in a mindset of Peace, Serenity and Prosperity. This helps you adapt for you as it simplifies everything and keeps you composed which is important when not trying to freak out. A way I do this is by reading my bible and praying daily.

What Gets You Poppin'?

Inspiration, Motivation and Progress

When climbing the ladder to success, there are three vital steps you must cover before you hit your pinnacle.

Inspiration, Motivation And Progress.

Before Success comes the three most important steps: Inspiration, Motivation and Progress. These three points are what drive you and ensure that you are on the right track to achieving Success in all you do. Here's how they help and why they're so important.

1. Inspiration
The first step on your ladder to Success is the Inspiration. To have Inspiration is the process of your mind being stimulated to do something which has a high appeal to you and is especially creative. Inspiration is important as it's what causes you to embark on a certain path and can occur from anything you feel inspires you- like your struggle or even your end goal. When you act on your Inspiration, you begin to set yourself goals which will cause you to progress. But in order to carry on, you need motivation.

2. Motivation
The second step on your ladder to Success is the Motivation. To have Motivation is to have a reason which pushes you to do certain things, especially things which you wish to excel, make progress and go far in. When you have Motivation, you give your all and rarely have any excuses not to push yourself and by pushing yourself you are guaranteed to maximise your results and greaten yourself which ensures you are making progress.
3. Progress
The third step on your ladder your Success is the Progress. To make Progress is to move forward, upwards and onwards to your destination of Success. Gradual Progress throughout your climbing of the ladder brings you closer to Success. It also becomes evident for you that you are making Progress, as when you evaluate your position, you realise that you're no longer where you used to be. A good way to make sure that you are making Progress is to set goals to help you reach your end goal. You'll realise that you've reached Success when you've achieved the highest goal you set yourself and know you've reached your pinnacle.

The following diagram may be useful to mapping out your Inspiration and Motivation as well as your Aspiration and seeing what steps you can take as progression on your way up.

You Are Poppin'!

Potential Into Product

To my fellow Brothers and Sisters who have been Loyal to their Craft and Grind; this Year is Our Year, and when the Harvest comes, We Shall Reap Abundantly!!!

Product Into Potential.

Don't be deterred by your small beginnings when you first start out, as a matter of fact this should make you even hungrier and increase your determination as you are even more focused on turning your potential into the perfect product. Here are a few tips which will make clearer what I am telling you, as well as help you:

1. Work Hard to Develop Yourself
Self-development is a vital key to success. Self-development is when you realise your potential and begin to act on it by working hard at it! In all you do you must develop yourself in order to give yourself platform and elevation. It also gives you a sense of motivation because you know that you have put in the work and it's guaranteed to pay off, as hard work never goes unrewarded- self-development also broadcasts you as it becomes evident to others how hard you work and they see the changes in you. You are also maximising your gifts to make your product even greater.

2. Excellence on your level
Aim and strive to be the best at your craft, it's the only way forward! Excellence on your level means that your evidently- because you begin to see gradual results- maximizing and correctly taking advantage of your potential so that even though you're still working towards the end product, you're still the greatest up and coming prospect in your field; it also makes it evident that your end product is going to be something spectacular. Your competitors shouldn't be able to even claim that they are competitors because you are far and beyond their level- if they do then you probably need to go back to step one and work harder on your self-development.

3. Responsibility of Growth
Make sure that you are responsible for your own growth! Being responsible for your own growth means that you aren't letting people hinder or take over your potential for their own benefits, but instead, you ensure that if you do receive outside help, that it fully benefits you before anyone else. By this, I don't mean refuse help from people or don't ask for help or advice, but I mean don't rely on people or accept help from just anyone. If you do rely on people or accept outside help from just anyone, then be prepared to get let down at times because unfortunately, not everyone is there for you and has your best interest at heart.

Your product is the end result and what you aim to achieve in what you do. Also, remember, your grind and how much you put in, is what sets you apart from the rest and determines how well you utilised your potential and how great your product is. And remember, Never quit!!

What's Poppin' For You?

Your Best Attribute?

There comes a point in life, where you have to get real and decide what you want to do and what's best for you and your future. The younger generations who are reading this, and maybe even some people from the older generations, are probably thinking "Well, I'm doing pretty well right now and that's good enough for me", but if it's really for you, you shouldn't be doing 'pretty well', you should be doing EXTREMELY well and you shouldn't be settling for 'good enough', you should be aiming to have THE BEST TIME OF YOUR LIFE WHILST DOING IT!

It's very hard for most people to make this decision, which can lead them to make the wrong ones and that's because they don't know how to and this is vitally important as it sets you up for your life.

What's Your Best Attribute?

As I mentioned before, most people find it hard to make this decision and it's usually because they don't know where or how to start. Well, I suggest you start by finding your best attribute, and here are a few ways which can help you find your best attribute and make a decision based on it and go far with it:

1.Evaluate Yourself
The first step is to sit back and evaluate yourself in order to identify your strongest points and your not so strongest points. This can be done any way you feel is best for you- but do bear in mind that it is most effective when you push yourself-  like putting yourself through a series of tests or just picking what you feel strongest in and working at that for a certain amount of time and repeating this with a number of different options and at the end, choosing what you feel worked best for you.

2.Educate Yourself
When you've found your calling, educate yourself on it. By doing this, you broaden your knowledge and you become a specialist in that sector, which makes it even easier for you to brand yourself as you already know so much about it that you become the main person.

3.Work Yourself

The third step is to be dedicated, hungry and hard-working. With theses three factors, your bound to be great in all you do! However, do take time out to rest and regenerate, as well as reward yourself.

Key things to remember are that you shouldn't rush and you must do if for YOU and no one else, because it's simply your life and all the choices you make, mostly affect you!

A personal step that I took when finding myself and my calling, was, as a devoted Christian, praying and consulting as well as confiding, in God. This was because I knew that his calling for me was the best thing for me and it actually made things easier for me, as I found that many doors and opportunities were brought to me.

The Three Ball Chain To Get Your Life Poppin'!

Your Thoughts Shape

Your Life!

You may have previously heard people talking or lecturing about how important your thoughts are, and the impact they have on your life. Well, believe it or not, it's true. However, I'm not here to lecture you, I'm just simply going to tell you how!

Your Thoughts Shape Your Life!

One of the main misconceptions about thoughts that I must clear up before I go any further is the one where people think that keeping your thoughts in your head- especially negative ones- keeps them from being effective; this is wrong! You see your thoughts are the starting point of a three ball chain that heavily determines which direction your life swings in.

Watch your thoughts

The Ball Chain Effect

1.Thoughts
The first ball is your Thoughts. If you have negative thoughts, although you may push them to the back of your mind, they are still lingering back there and this causes them to become even more dangerous as they build up and slowly take over. However, there is a way to totally rid your mind of these negative thoughts and that's by thinking up positive thoughts. Remaining positive leaves no space for negativity in your mind and your positive thoughts become positive words, which are the right words.

2.Words
The second ball consists of your Words. Positive thoughts become positive words. Your words are important as they are how you interact with the outside world. As well as this, your words also hold immense power. The power of your words gives you the ability to speak things into existence which can either make you great if used correctly or break you down if used wrongly. The way to use this correctly is to always have something good to say, not just about yourself but also about/to others. Speaking positive words brings into existence positive actions which are the right actions.

3.Actions
The third ball is your Actions. Positive words bring into existence positive actions. Your actions are what people judge you on, and even though it shouldn't be like that, it's life. You must always make sure that your actions are positive as they can determine how far you go; the better behaved you are to people and the more positivity you show towards them through your actions, the fonder they become of you. This is good because it helps you form all sorts of new friendships and links that will be useful not only short term but also long term. Positive actions have positive reactions, which are the right reactions.

The easiest ways to play these three balls of life into effect are by keeping a good vibe as much as possible and to help with this, you can create a mantra/motto which encourages you and keeps you going.

Preparations To Get You Poppin'!

Trials
&
 Tribulations

During life, we come across many points where our determination and commitment are tested and those of us who are strong overcome these temporary storms; however there are a minority who tend to give up and allow themselves to be overcome by theses situations. This shouldn't be the case!

Trials and Tribulations; A Blessing in Disguise!

As I already mentioned, in life we come across temporary storms that test us and we should be strong enough to overcome them. These trials and tribulations have simply been placed in our path for us to overcome in order to shape us into greater people and shape us into the better people we aim to be. They're minor tests with greater rewards- so we should take advantage of them- that set us up for bigger and greater things. They can also be the turning point for you, in which you realise the areas of your life in which you aren't too strong and need to work on. When going through my own trials and tribulations, here are a few tips which helped me calm the storms in my life:

1. Prayer, Meditation and Communication
As a very devoted Christian, my first instinct was to go into prayer to seek counselling and answers from God- as some problems we face aren't always as straightforward as they seem and do have a deeper spiritual side to them. I also meditated on The Word which helped me maintain mental strength as well as spiritual strength. However, if you aren't a religious person then I suggest you speak to someone who you feel comfy confiding in and asking for help.

2. Evaluate

When problems started occurring, I quickly looked at which areas of my life they were affecting and this helped me to understand why they were occurring, as well as knowing which areas to specifically focus on when praying.

3. Stay Positive
I made sure that I always have at least, if not much, a little flame of positivity. This is because, during the dark times of life and points where you feel down, it's vitally important to always have a ray of positivity because it can be a light to guide you and it also creates the breakthrough needed to lift you out of your misery.

Age Is Your Most Poppin' Asset!

Your Age is an Asset

Utilise it!

Many people are fooled by other small minded people into thinking that their age restricts them from doing certain things, this is a lie!

Your Age is an Asset Utilise it!

The younger you are, the more time you have to make mistakes; the older you are, the more times you have had an insight of what works and what doesn't. The mistakes you make will be mistakes that you learn valuable lessons from; what you've seen prosper and fail will give you the essential do's and do not list. Let me give you a scenario for you to understand:

There are two guys, one is sixteen and the other is thirty. They both decide to embark on the journey of building an IT company- they have no relations with each other. They both have very little knowledge of the industry but just love the idea of it.

Now, you're probably thinking that the thirty-year old has an advantage simply because of his age. No, this isn't the case, and here's why:

1.Experience
Now, you're probably thinking "What's he on about? Experience automatically comes with age", well, in this case, you're wrong. You see, they're both going into an industry that they have completely no idea about and they now have no choice but to learn everything from scratch. This will be easier for the sixteen year old and he can easily utilize his age, as him being younger means he has more time to educate himself and properly understand the ins and outs of what he's going into; whereas, the thirty-year-old is under a lot more pressure and as he isn't experienced in the field, he is forced to sort of cram everything together to get things moving as soon and as quickly as possible as he doesn't have time to waste, but if he utilizes his age correctly, he can work smarter instead of faster by getting in touch with the professionals of the industry, talk to them and get advice and pointers as they're more likely to take him more serious as he is older.

2.Risk
Now, another thought probably running through your head is "Everything comes with risk; even the safest of things", that's true but the more you can minimise the risk and still have a great payout, the better. You see, the sixteen-year-old has literally nothing to lose, he's still young and if he burns out all of the money he invests, he can easily just carry on his normal education with a flexible part-time job and move onto his next dream, because he utilised his age by starting young. However, if the thirty-year-old burns out all of the money he invests, that's literally half if not all of his savings gone down the drain meaning he has to rebuild a good ten to fifteen years of hard earned savings, but if he was to utilize his age correctly, he could gain money from investors because they're more likely to invest in him as they'll see him as more trustworthy and reliable due to him being older, and this will benefit him as it means he will have more funds available for him to invest as well as him not having to use his own personal funds.

If you still found it hard to understand how to utilize your age- bearing in mind that the ways listed above were for the scenario given- then the best thing to do is to sit down and evaluate what it is you want to do and then look at the advantages your age gives you in the different areas of your chosen sector. Also, look at the disadvantages and see if there is any way that it can be changed around to benefit you.

Another point to remember is that age can be utilised in any situation at any time of your life; it just has to be done effectively.

Get Your Day Poppin'!

Keys To Having A Great Day!

Do you usually feel at the end of the day, that you could have made more use of your time or could have had a better day and regret not doing so? Well don't sweat it; here are some top tips that are bound to change that around for you- if you act on them.

1.Evaluate, Prioritize and Plan
The first key to unlocking a smooth and success filled day is to write out a plan for your day! When making your daily plan you should evaluate what you did on that same day last time and see what you could have avoided or done better; once you've done this, you've got to prioritise! You should put your activities in order, according to their rewards and benefits to you and your most important tasks shouldn't just be slapped at the top of the list for the sake of it, but in time slots where you know you'll be 100% sure to get them done, to the best of your ability.

2.Concentrate and Be Willing
The second key to having a fruitful day is to concentrate on the activities that produce quality results and give them your best to gain quality results! When you have evaluated, prioritised and planned your day, you must concentrate on the tasks you have set yourself to do. Concentrate on getting the best out of these activities and don't just do them for the sake of it- if you feel this is the case, then reschedule them to an appropriate time for you. The more you concentrate on these tasks and the more willing you are to concentrate on these tasks, the more quality results you'll gain from them.

3.Give total Attention and Disregard Distractions
The third key that brings you closer to having a great day is to devote 100% attention and revoke all distractions! When acting on a task, make sure that you put in all of your concentration to maximize your profits from it and rebuke all distractions- even if it's something as small as a text you're waiting for, put you phone on airplane mode and channel all of your concentration into that one task you're doing and you'll be sure to get the most out of it.

4.Empower Others
The fourth key to the empowerment of your own day is to empower others'! As you go through your day, don't forget to appreciate someone for something; make someone glad, it will relax your nerves and gladden your spirit. This goes hand in hand, because as you empower someone else, your also empowering yourself and in addition setting yourself up for an empowered day as the more relaxed your nerves are and the gladder your spirit is, the harder it is for anything to go wrong.

5.Focus on the Greater Goal
The fifth key to a striking day is to make sure your activities all focus on the achievements of your greater goals! Each and every thing you do in each and every day is a build up to your greatest goal, so plan each day to the last detail for guaranteed success.

6.Give Time for Fellowship
The sixth and final key that locks everything into place for a great day is to ensure time for spiritual growth via fellowship! No matter what religion you believe in or even if you're not a religious person, give at least fifteen minutes out of your twenty-four hours to really spend time in fellowship, praying and declaring what you want to see happen for you as well as thanking for all that you have; as you do this, you will begin to find answers quicker and receive motivation and inspiration in your biggest trials- everything will fall into place before you.
