Forward Poppin'!

Keep It Moving!

As people move on in life and progress they tend to find themselves stopping and starting at different points and when they hit different obstacles they tend to just give up, but this isn't good.

Keep It Moving!

The best way to ensure progress and to lead a life in which you are happy and don't feel regrets is to just keep it moving. This can be done in so many ways and here are a few of those ways which will help you the most:

1.Look Through The Problem, Not At It
When you come across a problem or obstacle, you can't just look at it or it begins to seem even more impossible. The best way to get past it is to look through it. By doing this, you downsize the problem and become bigger than it this is important and helps dramatically as when you're bigger than something you feel more confident in yourself and it becomes easier for you to face it and overcome it.

2.Don't Stop Or You'll Regress
When you hit a hurdle don't stop just slow down, evaluate the situation and take your time. By doing this you allow yourself to think and come up with the smartest solution which is easiest for you. If you speed ahead you'll eventually have to come back to them the problem or it'll just come back into your path which will mean your regressing and regression is on of the worst things ever as it means you're not moving forward.

3.Maintain Your Speed
When you're on track it's vital to ensure that you don't run wild and stray away from your path and the best way to do this is by maintaining a steady speed of progress. Many people think the best way to progress is by doing everything as quickly as possible so that they can do more things, but this actually slows you down. When you have too many things going on at the same time it means you rush one thing in order to get the next one done. Rushing things to get them done only means that they're done to the lowest standard possible. The best thing to do is have two or three things which you know you can fully dedicate yourself to and work through them. As you work through them you should set yourself deadlines by which you hope to have certain outcomes or achieve certain things, this helps because you now know when to do certain things and how long for you develop a steady pace according to your goals.

4.No Looking Back
When moving forward, you must never look back. The more you look back, the more regrets you have of things you should have done. When you look back you also tend to remember things which will have negative affects you. The only time you should ever look back is when you've accomplished everything and want to see how far you've come!
